      Turbo lag? It can be a problem in a race when you need power instantly against a powerful opponent where waiting to spool can cost you the victory. Well, M-Engineering has a solution for McLaren 720S M840T owners which will hold up to 30 psi of boost until you tell it to let it loose.


      This works by the driver holding the cruise control stalk and then letting go, well, when it's time to go:



      How cool is that? The official release will come in the next few weeks and one would expect it to spread to other McLaren platforms.

        I'll never get over how much a jump in performance the m840t is over the m838t. I hope that sometime during this social distancing we're all going through i can pass the time reading a good technical doc on this engine. The wannabe engineer in me is dying to know!
