    • Fabspeed's McLaren 650S M838T performance package picks up 100 lb-ft at the wheels - Before/after dyno

McLaren 650S dynographs from Fabspeed are nothing new and were posted in previous articles. This latest Dynojet graph is a bit different though likely due to the scaling as the factorub M838T turbochargers tend to fall off pretty hard.

      Just look at the graph:

It sure looks like the turbos run out of breath going past 6k rpm.

Regardless, the Fabspeed bolt on modifications make a big difference in output. They get just shy of 100 lb-ft of torque at the wheels with large gains in area under the curve from 3500-6300 rpm.

This is achieved with Fabspeed HJS 200 Cell Sport Cats, Supersport X-Pipe w/Can-Am style tips, BMC Air Filters and an ECU Tune.

You can listen to the exhaust note below but it is clear if you want big power going to 8500 rpm on the 650S you will need to look into a hybrid turbo upgrade.

The MP4-12C and the 650S have the same rear end design.
