    • Dyno Spectrum McLaren 570S GT4 before/after tune results - +178 whp

      The McLaren 570S GT4 is essentially a track prepped version of the McLaren 570S street car. It is designed for GT racing and you can take it right from the factory and enter the British GT championship if that is your thing.


      The engine is the exact same as the street car:

      This owner decided he wanted more punch on the track so he went to Dyno Spectrum. He got a lot more punch and that is saying it mildly:


      Past 3000 rpm it is like a whole new car. Just look at the way the power carries further in the rev range as well.

      A 178 wheel horsepower gain is just amazing. The torque gain is equally impressive picking up 176 lb-ft at peak.

      McLaren certainly detuned these 570's quite a bit.

        Just a remap without different downpipes / exhaust mods? That would be quite impressive indeed!

        As it's a track car I think the exhaust is more open than the street car to begin with.
