    Hey all... yes we do now offer a 60Ah Version of the Batteries for the H6/Group 48 and H7/Group94r sizes. But honestly you don't really need that unless you have alot of extra accessories or want you car to be able to sit about 3 months or more without putting it on a charger. It would also be a better option if you are driving or at or below freezing weather, or just want those extra Amp Hours. We have tested the the 30Ah and 40Ah a ton.... and Yes we make a 24Ah model but that is if you have a staight up Performance Car that you don't mind putting on a maintenance charger regularly and looking after it a llittle more since it is lower Capacity. Keep in mind all our new batteries have WIRELESS built-in Jump Starting... so you will always be able to start the car again, or get into your frunk even if you left the lights on or a stereo on accidently. So that is a cool feature.... but we don't want you using the built-in Jump Starting as a regular feature... so you should buy the right size battery that would allow you about 6- 8 weeks of the car sitting in storage and not needing to be put on a mainatainer. So usually the 30 Ah and 40Ah versions are the go to batteries for mostly street use. If you have a GT3 then they has a slightly lower Parasitic draw than the Turbos ( I'm talking 991 varients) so the 30 is a good option for the GT3... and the Turbo which usually has heated seats and such might be better with a 40Ah. But both will work. We know that the 991s and later have a VERY LOW parasitic draw on them, where as the earlier 996 and 997 have a higher parasitic drain on the batteries. OUr GT3 RS can sit for over 2 month in our 2016 GT3RS and easily start the vehicle 2 months later. If you have Cameras, or Radar detectors that stay on they can reduce that time... so be aware of that. With extra accessories you want more Amp Hours since even a small cigarette lighter charger can draw significantly on any battery. Any other questions let me know.

    Well, the 2020 Chevrolet C8 Corvette pricing is indeed a great value. The 1LT does come in under $60k as GM promised at $59,995. Realistically though the car is going to cost you in the low 60's even stripped down. The 2LT increases to $67,295 and the 3LT to $71,945. Even if you get some options with the 3LT and go over $80k it is still the best value in town. These are going to fly off lots.

    What do you even say about a motor like this? Clearly a lot of work went into it but it is more display piece than useable at this point. The gold work, the engraving, it all looks absolutely incredible and expensive but for what purpose? Maybe just to do it. Yes, that is a Rolex you see an oil cap. Apparently this motor is built to handle 1000 hp but it is doubtful it will ever do anything but look pretty. It sure is a different take on a 2JZ build.

    If you are not aware BMW is heavily sandbagging output with turbo M motors then you simply have not been paying attention for the past decade. Here is yet another example in the new 2020 BMW F98 X4M Competition and its S58 motor which is rated at 503 horsepower. Well, here it is making 520 horsepower to all four wheels in Arizona 119 degree heat on 91 octane pump gas: BMW's horsepower ratings are just a joke at this point. They say 503 at the crank and it has more than that at all four wheels. This is easily a 600+ horsepower car. Even if you go with conservative 15% drivetrain losses which are traditionally reserved on a Dynojet for a RWD manual vehicle that would mean output is 611 crank horsepower. If you go with 20% losses, we are talking 650 horsepower. The G80 M3 gets this same S58 motor and basic drivetrain in a lighter package. 600+ horsepower only makes sense. Why? BMW since the E46 M3 increases horsepower by approximately 75 whp each generation. They simply started sandbagging with the F80 M3 massively. E46 M3 - 275 whp E92 M3 - 350 whp F80 M3 - 425 whp G80 M3 - ~500 awhp The E92 M3 to F80 M3 horsepower rating went from 414 to 425 at the crank. Yet, wheel output increased by 75+ horses. Explain that. With the G80 prepare for a dragster that will be well into the 10's tune only.

    A nice spate of Italian naturally V12 tuning results posted as of late, eh? You had Fabspeed post their results with a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ as well as Dyno Spectrum tackle a Ferrari 812 Superfast. Well, Gintani got their hands on a naturally aspirated Italian V12 paired to an all wheel drive system. All wheel drive, a DCT transmission, and a naturally aspirated V12 makes the GTC4Lusso very unique in today's marketplace and a very rare Ferrari in particular. It is a love it or hate type of vehicle and put FerrariBoost.com in the love it column. The 13.5:1 compression 6.3 liter V12 makes 681 horsepower stock. That translates to 582 horsepower at all four wheels on Gintani's Mustang dynamometer. A very healthy baseline. Squeezing power out of the high strung V12 is not easy but Gintani picked up some incredible gains: With a tune and full exhaust they are making 645 horsepower to all four wheels past 8000 rpm. That is on 91 octane pump gas no less. A gain of 63 all wheel horsepower. You will be hard pressed to get more out of the motor without going to methanol injection or race gas. Now if only someone would add some boost to one of these...

    Dual-injection on the Audi 2.5 TFSI EA855 EVO motor sure makes life easier when it comes to upgrading the fuel system and especially the injectors. The port injection system in particular is much easier to upgrade in this respect. It is just a matter of time before your car drives you around and that is exactly what Audi, BMW, and Daimler are partnering together to accomplish. Clearly they want one standards and to lower costs: The argument for removing the driver and trusting the computers they will develop will no doubt center around safety, emissions, etc. The cars will be appliances.
